Welcome to iColoring AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://icoloring.ai, our applications, and all related features, content, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction but at least 13 years old, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Children under 13 are not permitted to use the Services.

2. Services, Accounts, and Subscriptions

2.1 User Input and Generated Content. When using the Services, you may submit text, descriptions, prompts, or other materials (“User Input”) and request AI-generated outputs such as coloring pages or images (“Generated Content”).

  • You retain ownership of your User Input.
  • To the extent permitted by law, you may use the Generated Content, and we do not claim ownership over it.
  • Due to the nature of artificial intelligence, similar or identical outputs may be generated for different users using similar prompts.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Input and use of Generated Content do not violate any laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.

2.2 Account Registration and Security. Certain features may require you to create an account or sign in via a third-party service (such as Google). You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, safeguard your credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

3.1 License to User Content. To provide the Services, you grant iColoring AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, generate, display, and improve content based on your User Input solely for the purpose of operating and enhancing the Services.

3.2 Use of Generated Content. Generated coloring pages may be used for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. Commercial use is permitted only for users who have purchased an artist or enterprise subscription. Unauthorized resale or redistribution is prohibited.

3.3 iColoring AI Intellectual Property. The platform, including AI models, algorithms, system architecture, designs, trademarks, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of iColoring AI or its licensors.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content;
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • Use the Services for commercial purposes without authorization;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the Services;
  • Submit excessive requests that harm service performance;
  • Share account credentials with others;
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

6. Payments and Billing

Certain features require payment. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees, provide accurate billing information, and authorize automatic recurring charges. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iColoring AI shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or terminate services with reasonable prior notice, perform maintenance, update these Terms, and change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
